An Update from NY: "In order to ensure an adequate supply of gasoline, DEC will exercise its enforcement-discretion regarding the RVP of gasoline beginning on May 1, 2020 through May 31, 2020. Any gasoline containing a higher RVP stored in terminals on May 31, 2020 may be sold and supplied to a retailer or wholesale purchaser consumer until supply is depleted."
